WILLIAM T. DANIEL, JR.was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He was admitted to the bar in 1978 for the State of Georgia. His education includes Oxford College of Emory University (A.A., 1973; B.A., 1975) and the University of Georgia (J.D., 1978), Omicron Delta Kappa; Phi Delta Phi. He is a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and International Moot Court Team. He is Special Assistant to the General Counsel, Veterans Administration, Washington, D.C. (Government Appointed), 1978-1980. He is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Federal and American Bar Associations.
